THE FEAR OF KARMA

THE FEAR OF KARMA

I craved an heir,
But the stupid woman, she gave me a daughter,
So I unleashed my anger.

My rage bruised her,
Badly, so badly that she couldn’t carry another,
Which annoyed me further,
Till each went asunder.

My beautiful daughter,
A princess, grown, finer than her mother,
I pray she meets a man like no other,
A prince, one better than her father,
But I’m afraid of Karma.
